Returns

• A RGA (Return of Goods Authorization) number must be requested and received before any return will be accepted. The RGA # must be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Returns received without the RGA clearly marked will be refused.
• Returns must be shipped Freight Prepaid, Freight cannot be deducted from invoices or statements.
• A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all new returns.

Defects

• Liability for damaged or defective merchandise is limited to repair or replacement of the defective part.

Warranty:

• Each ReadyRamp® product is covered by a One Year Limited Warranty. ReadyRamp® warrants its product to be free from manufacturing and material defects, and will replace any components or complete kits found to be defective. This warranty does not cover the cost of labor, shipping or other incidental charges.
